Download CognIQ

Two ways to use CognIQ, with the same account. Add it to Chrome to work beside your EHR, or open it in any browser on your computer, tablet or phone.

Add CognIQ to Chrome

CognIQ opens in a panel right beside your EHR, so you record, review and push the note without switching windows. Best when your EHR runs in Chrome, like Practice Fusion.

Add to Chrome

  1. Click Add to Chrome on the Chrome Web Store page.

  2. Pin CognIQ: click the Extensions (puzzle) icon in Chrome’s toolbar, then the pin next to CognIQ.

  3. Click the CognIQ icon to open it in a panel beside your EHR.

  4. Sign in with your email, your password and the code your practice gives you.

Use the Web App

Nothing to install: open app.cogniq.ai in any modern browser and sign in. To keep it one tap away, add it to your computer or your phone’s home screen.

On a computer

  1. Open app.cogniq.ai in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click Install app on the sign-in screen to keep CognIQ in its own window.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open app.cogniq.ai in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

Android

  1. Open app.cogniq.ai in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen), then confirm.
