What It Does
Photo
Snap a rash, a wound or a device reading. Photos attach to the visit and appear in the note’s image gallery.
Scan Rx
Photograph the patient’s medication list or bottles. CognIQ reads the medications, you confirm them, and they land in the note as the current medication list.
Scan Log
Photograph a home blood pressure or glucose log. After you review the readings, they go into the note under Home Readings.
How It Works
Start recording the visit.
Open Encounter Tools on the recording screen.
Snap a photo, or scan a medication list or readings log.
Review what was read, confirm, and it’s in the note when you stop.
