Suggested Orders
A second look at the plan, before the patient leaves.
Once the note is written, CognIQ reviews the assessment and plan and suggests labs and medication changes that aren’t in the plan yet — each with its reason. They are only ever suggestions: nothing is ordered, prescribed or sent to the EHR.
What It Does
Labs, with urgency
Each lab carries its reason and, when it matters, how soon — “Today” or “Within 2 wks”.
Medication changes
Start, adjust or stop — with dose, route and frequency, the reason, and any interaction worth a second look.
Never stale
Suggestions are tied to the plan they came from. Edit or re-record the note and the card says they may be out of date, with one tap to refresh.
You stay in charge
Nothing here is ordered or pushed. Add what you agree with to your plan; ignore the rest.
